The recruitment is entirely remote, and we follow a straightforward four-step procedure, while incorporating interview questions to eliminate biases throughout the process.
For business and technology positions, we offer two separate procedures. Our goal is to complete the process within 4 weeks (application to offer).

The process starts with a quick introduction call with human resources lead. This step is expected to last 30 minutes.
The process continues with a timed case study/assessment (take home task). Depending on the task, this step is expected to last 90-180 minutes.
Following that, there will be a personal interview with the team leads. This step is expected to last 60 minutes.
Finally, we will conduct a stakeholder interview with our CEO/CTO. This step is expected to last 60-70 minutes.
The process starts with a quick introduction call with human resources lead. This step is expected to last 30 minutes.
The process continues with a coding challenge (take home task).
Following that, there will be a technical interview with the team leads. This step is expected to last 60 minutes.
Finally, we will conduct a stakeholder interview with our CEO/CTO. This step is expected to last 60-70 minutes.
